I've been staying here off and on for over a month with Lakeview Motel for work and they have made it feel like the home away from home. The rooms are always clean the staff is so friendly they give you the shirt off their back if you needed it kind of thing.

Rooms were immaculate, grounds well kept and clean. All covid restrictions in place. Staff and owners were very obliging, polite and friendly. We could not have picked a better motel to stay with all our family who comes from various areas of the province.

This place is the absolute best!! Harsha and her sister are the absolute best! They are extremely accommodating and so sweet!! If I ever need a place to stay in the Haliburton area this will ALWAYS be my number one pick!! Beautiful accommodations and the best amenities around, we can even bring our puppy! So happy to be able to stay here with the absolute best people ever!

We stayed in the ‘Loft’, more of an apartment with full kitchen, two beds and two couches. My two girls and mum came along and it was the perfect place! Clean, a great pool, such lovely service and close to Haliburton Village where we enjoyed Rotary Beach and some ice cream in the Village. Definitely will go back next summer!!! Thank you Harsha!

We had a great experience snowmobiling from Lakeside resort! They have their own path that leads right to the main trail so it’s an amazing spot for snowmobilers. As well we had a very long trailer that was too big but the people here were amazing as they worked with us to find a solution and took a lot of time to help us out. If you want to snowmobile in the Haliburton area with a trailer this is the only spot to go! Super friendly staff here, could not have had a more positive experience! Will definitely come back!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Lakeview. The check-in was probably the speediest check in I’ve ever had in my entire life. I love that you can just drive your car up right to the door of your room and unpack. It was about five minutes from town and close to all the local activities in attractions. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved this place for our one night stay. It's just 3km away from Haliburton's city center right at nature's lap. We enjoyed the pool, the little trail behind this place, and the staff was very friendly as well.
